From a tiny distillery in the Valle de Guadelupe, this is a subtle and sensual reposado ideal for sipping on the rocks. Made from 100% blue agave that is 9-10 years old, which is cooked slowly for 24 hours before the distilling process begins. Aged in old Jack Daniels barrels, the final product is smooth and delicate with notes of almonds, freshly cut grass, and hints of sweet herbs. Every step of the distilling and mashing process happens under a single roof, less than an hour away from where the agave in La Gritona is harvested.
