Made from local Damson plums slowly steeped in 27% ABV neutral corn spirit for five months, which gives this its gorgeous violet color and intensely plummy aromatics. This is a great liqueur for fruity spring and summer cocktails, and a delicious way to jazz up soda water for a light and bright spritz.
