Based in Canelli d'Asti, this is a wine-based amaro steeped with cardoon and blessed thistle, the historical flavors of Piedmont. Drink it chilled on its own or mixed with brown spirits. Because it is wine-based, remember to chill it like you would with any vermouth. Fun fact, the family's cellar was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
