This Tuscan Pet Nat, based on a combination of Sangiovese and Cannaiolo, is all delightful red fruits on the nose and happy bubbles on the palate. Strawberry, red currant, wild cherry, a smidge of citrus, and a mix of fresh herbs are supported by a vein of lip-smacking acidity. Just plain good wine.
