MATCHBOOK DISTILLING 'HONEYMOON' ORANGE WINE FROM ORANGES

After the Government refused to let her use the word orange on her skin contact Riesling distiller, Leslie Merinoff made an "orange wine" from oranges. Starting with oranges fermented with honey an addition of milk oolong, some Mallorca Melon Tea and a tiny bit of sugar on bottling and along comes this lightly sparkling, very refreshing "wine" aperitif that is just delicious. Meant to be drunk young and fresh.
