LAHERTE FRERES NV 'ROSE DE MEUNIER' EXTRA BRUT

Never one to sit on the sidelines the Laherte family makes this rose in a very unique, and delicious way, 60% of the juice is direct pressed, 30% of the Meunier is macerated on the skins and then the final 10% is red juice added in later. The results are deeply rich but still light on it's feet bright and zesty rose that is both serious and yet incredibly playful. From one of the largest organic and Biodynamic estates in Champagne.
