The flagship wine from an exemplary Champagne producer. From parcels in seven different villages fermentation takes place in a combination of foudre, barrel, and tank with lees stirring, the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is bottled with a dosage of 6-8 grams per liter. Resulting in a light and dry wine with pinprick bubbles, hints of hazelnuts, and toast. In a handy pocket size for walks in the park, or as an apertif.
