A true non vintage Pet Nat, with a base of whole cluster Gruner Veltliner from 2018 and the perfect amount of Riesling from 2019 this is a bright and super refreshing sparkler. Starts out with some pear and apple notes on the nose and then moves into almost salty territory with tons of tiny persistent bubbles.
