A tasting note I read about this wine said "will satisfy true amateurs without problems". So many things to unpack in that statement but this Champagne is made by hand with the original closure from a time before wire cages were the norm. It is delicate but still has a depth of flavor, some citrus, a little brioche and perfectly velvety mousse.
