Kind of obsessed with Flavien Nowack over here at Vine Wine. This is non-vintage combination of a few different parcels is meant to express terroir over house style, or vintage. With aging in both stainless and small oak barrels, allowed to go through malo then bottled with a 1.5 gram dosage and aged under crown cap. It is bright red fruit and then a soft creamy note, maybe pomegranate kefir? Finishing with a soft and enveloping mousse.
