A zero-dosage, 100% Pinot Noir-based Champagne from the tiny hamlet of Les Riceys, this is a stunning Champagne that is serious and whimsical all at once. Based on the 2016 vintage, it has subtle red fruit notes anchored around a clean throughline of lip-smacking acidity plus hints of florals and just a tiny bit of brioche. Really limited and really, really lovely.
