Kikuhime (Chrysanthemum Princess) opened over 400 years ago and since then they've been following their own ethos around what makes a sake great. Using only the best Yamada-Nishiki rice milled to 50% and drawing water from the Hakusan Mountains nearby, these sakes are truly superlative. B.Y., 'Brewery Year', is aged for 6 months before release that year to display its magical vibrancy. It is a bold, complex sake bursting with cantaloupe melon and delicate floral aromas.
