SMITH & CROSS TRADITIONAL JAMAICAN RUM NAVY STRENGTH
$36.95
From Wedderburn and Plummer pot stills, wait what, whose pot stills? Basically Wedderburn and Plummer were some white men who made rum in Jamaica in the 1800s and the usage of their names are just to reference two different styles of rum with different esters. What it signifies to you is that this is made in an older style with no chill filtration or addition of flavor, just pure distilled sugar cane for a burnt caramel and banana laden rum with some earth and hints of terroir. Meant to be used in all of your favorite cocktails as well as on the rocks as it is.
