FABRICE GASNIER 'LE ROSE' CHINON

There is something so perfect about this vintage of the Gasnier Chinon rose. Starts out with a ton of watermelon and a soft, silkiness on the palate and finishes with a hint of acid and the perfect amount of bitterness. I can see myself with a baguette with butter and ham and a bottle of this on the steps of a museum somewhere - or actually just at my kitchen table.
