From the punny name - to drink it all or not - to the pure sparkling red juice this is a fun and delicious wine. Made from purchased grapes by Domaine du Possible, Grenache and Mouvedre, full carbonic maceration in concrete and then bottled young and juicy with some soft red fruit and low acid and tannin, just glou glou fun.
