BABY BEAR 2018 SYRAH

 Washington State makes some intensely delicious Syrah that flies under the radar. All hand picked, destemmed and aged in large puncheons - 2/3 new oak 1/3 used French oak - for 32 months. Soft round deep red fruit, with a lovely rolling texture on the tongue the weight is lifted by the perfect amount of acidity, and well integrated tannins, there is spice and black coffee and tons of lush dark red fruit.
