Trousseau Gris is usually found in the Jura but if you find it grown in California don't pass it up. Two Shepherds takes a very hands off and approach using native yeast, not fining or filtering and really letting the wine shine through. Lush and round with over ripe peaches and a little tart white grapefruit a delicious orange wine for all.
