Coming from a vineyard that is 7 kilometers from the sea, this complex and rewarding wine is a fascinating journey through terroir and winemaking. Starting with hand picked Palamino that is pressed to must and then poured over the used PX skins and spend 35 days in tinajas, with one pump over each day. A wine full of texture that is slightly reserved but persistent in it's linear quality.
