Quite possibly the most unique and delicious expression of Spain's native Xarel-lo variety we've ever tried. Biodynamic grapes are pressed and macerated with their skins before oak aging, leading to a wine that's decidedly fresh on the palate but has the slight grip we love in orange wine, plus the vibrant, refreshing acidity that's made Xarel-lo a winemaker favorite. It is smooth and creamy and honestly reminiscent of Chablis, yet still decidedly its own thing. From arguably the top estate in Penedes, this is one heck of a wine.
