Half whole clusters, extended skin contact and lees stirring all adds up to a perfectly balanced orange wine with structure, grip some hints of butterscotch and a perfect finish. Winemaker Joan Franquet uses only organic and Biodynamic practices, working with native Catalan grape varieties which are fermented using wild yeast.
