Camillo Donati makes one of our favorite Lambrusco, but it is in the white wines that you get a sense of the winemaking and terroir shining through. Malvasia that sees enough time on the skin to give it some tannin and a hint of bitterness which offsets the aromatic and lush nature of the grape. With tiny bubbles, soft tropical fruit and a long finish this is pure gold.
