An ode to this wine and the perfectly balanced joy and mirth it brings to my life. A blend of Syrah and Grenache aged for two years in oak then bottled as is with very little intervention. There are dark bright cherries in the glass with some licorice and earth, a bit of spice, and long and persistent finish. This wine is a beautiful experience, I can't explain why it gives me such joy to drink such well-made wine.
