Light red and very bright with just a touch of trapped Co2, a real expression of the new wave of winemaking in Georgia. Starts out with some fresh tobacco leaves and red fruit on the nose then leads into berry jam and some very fine tannins, a tiny bit of smoke and a clean finish. This is perfectly sized in a magnum so there is enough wine for more than one person.
