Coda di Volpe from a fifty year old parcel planted some 500 metres above sea level in Montemarano. This spends four days on skins and almost a year in sandstone amphorae. Bottled by the magnum, it is wonderfully fragrant, plush with exotic fruit and incredibly refreshing. Grapes are grown organically and ferment naturally.
