The dessert wine that you didn't think you wanted but exists for your pleasure. Cuilleron harvests a blend of Roussane, Marsanne, and Viognier that shows signs of botrytis. The juice then ferments in cuve and small barrels through the long winter where the cold naturally stops the fermentation. This bottling exists in very limited qualities. Tastes of candied ginger, citrus pith, dried apricots, and honeycomb.
