Not a wine, not a cider, its an all new experience. Made from mostly apples with enough Chardonnay and then assorted - secret - herbs thrown in for good measure, and some hops because that makes sense. The results are wild deliciousness in a glass, golden orchard fruit, the right amount of acid and some hints of herbs and hoppiness from our favorite mad man in Beaujolais.
