A second spirit from the phenomenal Jerbis lineup. Same organic neutral wheat spirit to start but this time an additional 25 herbs/botanicals are added and then it spends a brief time in chestnut barrels. It is bitter and definitely has some salinity but there is a soft mint and rhubarb quality that brings it all together.
