Greenbar distilling has taken things up a notch here: By distilling the precious native flora of California - including the state flower, the poppy - into an amaro that's as bright and airy as the Golden State. In addition to poppies, the team blends grapefruit, orange, lemon, bearberry, California bay leaf, pink peppercorn, dandelion, blessed thistle, burdock, rue, artichoke, gentian, geranium, and cherry bark in this amaro which is great as a mixer or with a splash of soda. If you can't take a trip to California, this is *really* almost as good.
